A stainless top earns its keep in two places: the line where it meets the wall, and the edge where it meets a person. We build both as part of the same piece of metal, because every applied strip and every caulked joint is a place that turns black in a year.

One continuous top

Long counters arrive as one welded run wherever the room and the doorway allow it. Where a joint is unavoidable, it lands at a corner, gets welded on site and gets polished back into the surface, not filled.

The rear turn-up is formed from the same sheet and meets the wall in a coved radius. There is no separate trim piece to specify, to order, or to lose.

Edges, and why they are not all the same

A marine edge holds a spill on the counter instead of on the floor and belongs anywhere liquid is handled. A rolled edge is the quiet default for a work surface people lean on all day. A square edge reads sharper in a finished front of house room and is the right call where the counter is meant to be seen. We will tell you which one the room is asking for.

Under the top

Sound deadening on the underside of a long deck is the difference between a work table and a drum. Undershelves, leg spacing and adjustable feet come off how the piece will actually be loaded, not off a catalog default. Where the counter runs over refrigeration, the cut outs come from the equipment cut sheets and the seam around the equipment is welded and polished, never siliconed.

You do not need a finished drawing to get an answer. Any one of these three is enough to start:

A sketch on paper.
A photo of the piece that failed.

Questions we get

Can you build a top around equipment already on site?

Yes. We field verify the equipment in place and build the cut outs to it. It is slower to draw and faster to install than the other way around.

What finish do you supply?

A brushed directional finish is the working standard for back of house. For a counter that will be seen, we will walk you through what changes at a finer finish and what that costs you in maintenance.

Do you build for labs and non food rooms?

Yes. Bench tops, sinks, splash and cabinetry follow the same fabrication logic, with the material chosen for what will actually be spilled on it.
