How a job runs here

You send what you have: a plan set, a sketch, or a photo of the piece that failed. We measure the room, draw the assembly and dimension it, and nothing is cut until the drawing is right. When the walls close we measure a second time and correct it. Then it is built, finished and carried in by the people who built it.

That order does not change for a small job. It is why a piece drops in on the first visit instead of going back to the bench for a trim.

What we will tell you before you buy it

Where a heavier material is worth the money and where it is not. Where a long run has to become two pieces because of a door, a stair or an elevator. Where the piece you are describing will make the line worse. Part of the job is saying what you do not need.
