Repair and field service,
the work the big shop turns down.
A shop set up for full production runs is not set up for a cracked leg weld. We do that work, and we take it as its own job, not as a favor squeezed in between larger ones.
What field service actually covers
A cracked weld on a sink frame. A leg or foot that failed and put a counter out of level. A rail that came loose from the wall. A cut out that has to be enlarged for equipment nobody planned for. A piece of a run that has to be replaced without replacing the run. A table that was never right and has been annoying the crew since the day it landed.
One shop, from the first look to the last pass
The person who answers the phone is the person at the bench. Nothing has to travel through an office to reach the metal, which is most of what makes a small repair possible at all. When a piece can be fixed, we fix it, and when it should be replaced, we say that instead of billing a repair that will fail again.

Maintenance is not a smaller version of fabrication
It is a different job. It happens around service, in a room that is running, with equipment that cannot move. That is why the shop is called fabricator and maintenance, and why the repair work is on the front page of this site instead of buried under a services menu.
What we need to quote it
You do not need a finished drawing to get an answer. Any one of these three is enough to start:
A plan set.
A sketch on paper.
A photo of the piece that failed.
The contact form takes PDF, DXF, DWG and photos straight from your phone. Nothing else is needed to get a real answer back.
Send a photo of the failure and the address it is sitting at. That is enough to tell you whether it is a repair or a replacement.

Questions we get
How fast can you get to a repair?
Call and ask what the bench looks like this week. You will get a straight answer from the person who would do the work, not a form reply.
Do you take small jobs?
Yes. A single piece, a single weld, a single stand. It gets the same drawing and the same finish as a full run.
Can you weld on site?
Where the room and the material allow it. Where they do not, we take the piece, do it properly at the bench and bring it back.
